Restaraunt and Kitchen Ventilation

We provide many services for commercial kitchens. Here you will see some of the commercial kitchen projects we have done, including a seventeen foot by four foot island exhaust hood. The exhaust duct was fabricated of 16 gauge cold rolled steel with welded seams two stories tall to reach the roof. The duct was lowered through the roof with a crane and the exhaust fan set on top of the roof curb. Due to the nature of an island hood this large, an exceptionally large makup air unit was installed to provide the quantity of fresh air required.
